The Diary of Anne Frank: The Pierce County Connection
Three Pierce County residents will be featured in Purlie Productions performances of the upcoming The Diary of Anne Frank. On the right is Kimberly Elizabeth Back, who plays Miep, one of the brave Dutch residents who helps hide the Frank family. In the center is Tom Strait, portraying Otto Frank, the father who is desperately trying to keep his family safe from the Nazis. On the left is the very talented Emily Beck, whose brilliant and heart rending performance of Anne Frank will capture your soul. The Diary of Anne Frank will be performed at the Okefenokee Heritage Center on Friday, September 25th and Saturday. September 26th at 8 PM and Sunday, September 27th at 3 PM. Tickets are $10, and can be purchased at the Heritage Center or at the gate.
